Who are these workshops designed for?
These sessions are built for healthcare and community development leaders — coaches, consultants, and service providers — who want practical systems they can use right away.
Do I need to be “tech-savvy” to join?
Not at all. These workshops are designed for DIYers, not tech veterans. We teach step by step, using real tools, and you’ll walk away with something tangible built.
What if I already have some systems in place?
That’s great! Each workshop is project-based, so you can either start fresh or refine what you’ve already built. Many participants join to strengthen and streamline existing systems.
How much does it cost?
Workshops range from $37–$97 per class, depending on the topic. You can also join the Own Your Ladder annual membership for $397, which includes every workshop we host all year, plus resources, templates, and community access.
What happens if I miss the live class?
All registrants receive access to the replay and resources through their Notion dashboard. If you’re a member, you’ll have ongoing on-demand access to the full workshop library.
Will I get hands-on support?
Yes. These are side-by-side builds where you apply each step directly to your own project.
What tools do I need?
We’ll use Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, and CompactPro. Free versions or trials are included.
What if I'm not in healthcare?
That’s okay. While tailored to healthcare and community development, the systems work for most service-based businesses.
Do I need to buy software before class?
No. Canva and other software used offer Trials and free versions. CompactPro comes with a 30-day trial. You may find the best user experience is with the paid version of the respective software.
What’s the difference between a single workshop and membership?
Single workshop = one session + resources. Membership = all workshops, replays, templates, and community all year.
